– With tags, dust bag, and all included accessories
– Not damaged by misuse, wear, or improper handling

– Used, worn, or altered items
4. How to Start a Return

– Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
Do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our team.
5. Return Shipping
– If the return is due to a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.
– For other returns, including change-of-mind requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
